The Job owner is the global lead for ESG Purchasing in TI FS. She/He reports directly to the Vice President Purchasing TI FS. Job Specification & Personal Characteristics: Define Strategy, Systems and Target related to ESG.Experienced in management of a global purchasing Team and global interaction with internal stakeholders.Experience to set up ESG-Systems and Processes Experience with developing ESG/Sustainability supplier development, rating, and improvement programs High Level of Motivation and professionalism.Good Negotiation SkillsGood analytical skills and planning capabilitiesEnglish language skills required. Other language skills desiredProgram managment experience required Work Experience: Purchasing experience in Automotive industry - > 7 years required.Experience in leadership function – min 5 years required.Knowledge on ESG requirements and SystemsGood IT-Systems knowledge and Microsoft Office skillsExperience with Purchasing Systems – Supplier Portal integration ideally Supply-on and global procedures Target – Main Tasks: Development, selection, and implementation of a robust ESG -Purchasing Management System including support for  PCF and LCA in cooperation with Global ESG-Team. The System should be the best-in-class ESG-LCA System (Software) to manage efficiently Scope 3 of TI, to achieve the ESG Target of 30% Co2 reduction in 2030 on Scope3.Manage and update and implement changes to the Sustainable PUR policy, Sourcing Committee and Risk assessment on ESG Topics, to ensure compliance to our ESG Targets, QMS acc. To IATF 16949.ESG -requirements to meet Scope 3 Target in 2030 need to be part of Component and Supplier Strategy for Commodities and advanced technologies.Develop ESG-KPI and Targets for the Suppliers on their Scope 1&2 to match the Science Based Target to reach the 2030 Co2 Goal.Organize the collection of all relevant Data through the Supplier Portal of the supply base: Assist collecting data from suppliers for GHG sustainability goals, identify gaps and address with suppliers.ESG strategy: Vision, action plan, certificates, external ESG ranking and their carbon emission data on TI FS products supplied.Integration of Capital Goods in ESG-Strategy in cooperation with global Capital Equipment purchasing Director and Manufacturing engineering Integration of CBAM requirements in TI Systems to meet future reporting criteria and integrate into Sourcing Process for EU.In this role you will provide guidance across multiple regions and levels of the organization, integrating responsible Sourcing standards and ESG/sustainable purchasing methodologies.Manage stakeholders and partner with senior level internal stakeholders to align on priorities and needs.Interfaces with key procurement contacts to share progress, develop dashboards, and escalate issues as needed.Support external reporting as assigned, providing key metrics and outcomes to ESG/sustainability reporting and regulatory filings.
