Sales Manager II

Position Summary:

Achieve recovery, sales and profit goals for our TI Fluid Systems North America region.

Responsibilities of Position:

1. Lead quote process ensuring quotes are submitted on time and according to financial targets.
2. Key customer focus: Stellantis.
3. Focus on customer financial recovery.
4. Negotiates directly with the customer on all commercially-related topics.
5. Supports Medium Term Plan (MTP) process.
6. May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
7. Establishes top level contacts with current and potential customers.
8. Assist in identifying cost savings, cost recovery and quality improvement opportunities to meet customer and TI Fluid Systems objectives.
9. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
10. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Skill Requirements:

1. Regular and predictable attendance.
2. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong negotiation / communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Understanding of and ability to work with drawings, specifications, etc.
5. Project management and multi-task prioritization.
6. Self-directed with a high degree of self- motivation.
7. Hands on approach with an attention to detail.
8. Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Experience Requirements:

1. 7-10 years of experience in Tier 1 automotive sales

Licensing or Special Certification Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time.

2. Regularly travels to plant, vendor, and customer sites.

Working Conditions:

1. Occasionally lifts and carries up to 15 pounds.
